Finish Line: The Rise and Demise of Off-Track Betting | Producer
OTB was NYC’s first legal bookie and a public-benefit corporation whose proceeds from horse racing bets funded state and local government programs. This award-winning documentary film spotlights the impact on over 1,000 union workers who lost their jobs and promised retiree health benefits when OTB went bankrupt due to poor mismanagement, political agendas, and the attack on the middle class.
